This page web is a service more than offer for our partners and for all those people, that have interest in knowing a cooperative and the cooperative world in general.
The web of Cooperative divide in diverse sections. A devoted in scoop to our partners, that are our reason to be. Others, the big majority, are opened to all the people to inform on our services, provision and promotions. We recommend the section of links for all those people that have interest in obtaining information on the world of the house or the cooperativismo in general. We offer links with the Confederation of Cooperatives of Catalonia or with Aposta and Ploughs_coop, centres devoted to the training and the creation of cooperatives, respectively.
For the one who do not know us, our cooperative core conforms a part of the neighbourhood that frame between the square Ramón Roigé, Avenue Montserrat and Road of the Marine in the Prat of Llobregat. Some of the blocks built carry names so reivindicativos (for the period in that they built , years 60 and 70) and Martin Luther King, John XXIII or Alexander Fleming. These buildings, jointly with the block where situates the ancient office of Posts, constitute a cooperative core with diverse shops.
In road of the Marine 53-65 (with a block of 143 houses); Virgin of Montserrat, with 123 houses (with párquing in the back zone) and the Residence, conform a second core. The Residence is formed by 160 apartments; in the years 60 and 70 served like provisional house for those partners that were expecting a flat. At present, it is a first step for the emancipation of the children of the partners of Cooperative. Another building of Cooperative: the “105 flats of the Avenue Libertad”.
This is our heritage, but now looked to the future and our future looks for the Prat North and the Prat South. In these moments, have built –in a solar own- 12 flats of official protection in the street It Gaiter of the Llobregat 68-70 of the Prat, together with 18 squares of parking in his subsoil. These houses have 50 m2 and have of all the provision that nowadays require under ecological criteria. This block is a put ready for the new constructive challenges that wants to initiate in the near future Cooperative Worker of Houses.
